Booking fees

All appointments require a non refundable booking fee. Booking fees will be deducted from your total bill on the day of your appointment. 

Appointments are not secure without a booking fee. Booking fees need to be paid within 24 hours of booking your appointment.

Please always ensure that you put your full name as the reference when transferring your booking fee if you're doing so via BACS. 

We operate a strict cancellation policy, this is to ensure the salon runs smoothly and efficiently. 

Any appointment cancelled within 72 hours of the service taking place will be subject to a 50% charge of the appointment booked. 

Same day cancellations or no shows will be charged 100% of the appointment booked. 

All booking fees paid are both non refundable and non transferrable.

Due to being a busy salon with clients back to back we politely ask that clients allow enough time to get to their appointment on time. If you are over 10 minutes late we may have to turn you away for your appointment or we may be unable to fulfil the whole appointment. We reserve the right to charge the full amount of your appointment should you be turned away for being late and missing your appointment. 

We appreciate our policies are strict however we are all self employed at the salon therefor this is our only sources of income. If you don't turn up to an appointment, that stylist or beautician you booked doesn't get paid.

Patch tests for a colour service are a legal requirement therefor you are required to book a consultation before your colour service no less than 24 hours before your hair appointment. 

Patch testing is also for your own safety to make sure that you don't have an allergic reaction. 

If you have not had a colour or patch test since your COVID-19 vaccine you will need a fresh patch test. You can book this online through our booking system.

It is essential to a have a consultation before your hair extensions fitting. During your consultation we will go through the amount of hair extensions needed, the length and we will also colour match to get the perfect colour. 

We cannot colour match through photographs sent online, we need to see your hair in person as hair can look very different in different lights.
